At ThaiOriginals, customer satisfaction and product authenticity are our top priorities. Since we deal in 100% original imported products, our return and refund policy is designed to be fair, transparent, and safe for both customers and our brand.

Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return or replacement only if:

  • You received a wrong product

  • The product arrived damaged or broken

  • The product is missing items from the original package

  • The product is expired at the time of delivery

⚠️ Any issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with:

  • Clear unboxing video (mandatory)

  • Photos of the product, packaging, and invoice

Requests without proper proof will not be entertained.

Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items

Due to hygiene, safety, and authenticity concerns, we do not accept returns or refunds for:

  • Opened or used products

  • Skincare, cosmetic, personal care, or wellness items once unsealed

  • Change of mind, personal preference, or skin reaction

  • Products damaged due to misuse or improper storage

  • Discounted or clearance items

Please read product descriptions carefully before placing an order.

Refund Policy

  • Refunds are only issued in cases of verified error or damage from our side

  • Approved refunds are processed after the returned item passes inspection

  • Refunds are issued via:

    • Bank transfer, or

    • Store credit (as preferred)

⏳ Refund processing time: 5–7 working days after approval.

Replacement Policy

If eligible, we will:

  • Replace the product with the same original item, or

  • Offer store credit if replacement is unavailable

Replacement shipping time depends on stock availability.

Important Notes

  • Unboxing video is mandatory for all claims

  • Claims after 24 hours of delivery will not be accepted

  • ThaiOriginals reserves the right to approve or reject any return or refund request after investigation
